Welcome to KissGlow Mart, a US-focused online shop for women’s hair care and clothing. These Terms of Service govern your use of kissglowmart.com and your purchases from us.
1. USE OF THE SITE
You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. PRODUCTS, PRICES, AND ORDERS
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Product availability and prices may change without notice. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may correct errors or refuse, limit, or cancel an order where necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.
3. OFFERS AND SHIPPING
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Free standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders where shown at checkout.
The current welcome offer is 15% off with code WELCOME15. The code may be used once per customer and may be subject to product, order, or other eligibility requirements shown at checkout. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
4. PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for your order. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and for keeping any account credentials confidential.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and design, belong to KissGlow Mart or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without our written permission.
6. FEEDBACK
If you send us suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you grant KissGlow Mart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that feedback for business purposes, subject to applicable law. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
7. DISCLAIMERS
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, KissGlow Mart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The revised Terms apply from their effective date. We may suspend or terminate access to the site for misuse or violation of these Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected. The courts having jurisdiction in Quebec will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
