Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KissGlow Mart! We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Free Shipping to the US

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders shipped to the United States. No code needed; free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to high order volumes, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
